This 3D model shows a post-operative T4-pelvis spinal fusion at 6 months, demonstrating successful bone graft incorporation and vertebral fusion from the T4 vertebra to the pelvis.

This surgery corrected flatback syndrome by realigning the spine and restoring its natural lordotic curve, significantly reducing pain and improving mobility, allowing for better posture and the ability to stand and walk more comfortably.
