Nice model! Great job.
BTW: It should be worth mentioning in the description that there is an engine under the hood and, unless I'm mistaken, both the hood and trunk can open (separate objects). There's even what could pass as an interior inside the trunk.
@DanielZhabotinsky Thank You very much
@Mistrz_mobile yes
Thanks for making all of the cars free, but can I add damage to the body?
amazinnng my god this is so detailed yet perfect amount of polys
Dodge Dynasty / Chrysler New Yorker (Fifth Avenue, etc), stretched K-platform derivative sometimes with a Mitsubishi engine.
One of the most comfortable front-drive cars ever made as far as 80's vehicles go. Also, one of the absolute ugliest interiors Chrysler pulled off. I know - We had one new when I was a kid. It was nice until all the plastic wood fell off the inside around 5 years later. Was fairly reliable, don't remember us really having an issues with it other than the dealership never wanting to change the back spare plugs on the v6 when they were supposed to.
Our vehicle either didn't have the voice-assist or it was always turned off, and I do not know if the 88-and-up (this restyle) still had that. Still, was such a common car in the 80's along with every other K-car or car based off that platform.
@baldboy16 Ah great!
Thanks @DanielZhabotinsky for making this model. I really like this I m using this for my game.
@williamy874 Yeah I have set origin to center. Finally got it to work in Unity Engine by fixing parent obj rotation. The model is great
@baldboy16 You dont just apply the transforms, you need the origin of the object to be in the very center of the rim for each wheel. Hope you can figure it out, gl!
@baldboy16 Sorry dude but if you're having problems in Unity with "any objects rotation or scale", then no you don't know how to use blender. I fully rigged this model within unity using only object origin and colliders and spin work just fine.
@williamy874 I know how to use blender. I have seperated the wheels, and applied rotation and scale to all wheels. Still I m having problems in unity. Unity engine always puts wheel collider in wrong direction. I have tried many times. Only model that worked correctly was the Taxi model, rest models have wrong rotation
@baldboy16 If the wheels happen to be separate already, try creating an empty objects where their origins should be, then drop the wheel in as a child. Should rotate properly then. Good Luck!
@baldboy16 Just wanted to mention as I find "stationary" models all the time and edit them for the Unity Game Engine; With a very minimal amount of 3d knowledge, you can use the free program Blender, and set everything up exactly the way you want for your Unity game. Very worth learning, even just to manipulate models, origin of objects, separate pieces etc even if you have no interest in becoming a 3d artist. Btw Thank you so much your models are amazing @DanielZhabotinsky
I cant use it in Unity Game Engine. The Wheels Collidors are -90 degree rotation in z axis. Its only usable as a prop not as a driven vehicle
Really nice model, thanks!
@kenkat Thank you for your feedback, in my opinion it is always good when 3D models can evoke some interesting associations and memories, this brings them closer to traditional art, in terms of concept.
I love it, Daniel!! My mom rented me one of these when I had a car problem one time and it was very nice but everybody thought I borrowed my grandmother's car!! Lol!! Thank you for this.. Your models are alway great..
Wonderful. Another great piece.
