[FIXED] New York, Highway Interstate 953D ModelNoAI
Recovered all building textures.
Interstate 95 Upper Level, New York, NY 10033, USA
A highway interchange scenery in New York, Little Dominican Republic made using Blender 3.3.2.
This had been one of my older projects which I havent visted for a while, so I’ve dedicated some time refurbishing up this particular section for public use (yes I’m feeling extremely generous). The file size is pretty hefty so source files and textures are all included in a single folder - just be sure to extract zip file into a folder.
Also quick side note, I haven’t been able to find some time to finish the middle bridge (Alexander Hamilton Bridge) so maybe I can update that in the forseeable future.
Thank you for your support and enjoy! :]

This is so amazing, thank you for making this
@bob.blunderton No problem, I'm glad people are finding this and my other stuff useful for their personal projects, it definitely keeps me motivated to release more freebies like this in the future
@99.Miles Thank-you highly for your effort recovering the files and going through all that trouble, then uploading it.
Just know your work is appreciated. I am saving up project funds for some of your commercial stuff, I really like what I see on this one and your 'free road layout' model you uploaded a while back (I forget the name, but I got it some months ago).
@samixalam Dirt on the edges / inside angles. Such as where sidewalks meet buildings, or streets meet the curb face. Not everything is new.
Get inspiration from real-life buildings while you model them. When you make streets/roads/highways, use real-world examples to base your models off of.
Textures are definitely worth paying for if you feel the ones you may have are lacking (or if you don't have any). If it looks like a simulated building, it needs more work.
Lastly, if you're designing for any type of video game, or something you want full-motion or better performance, you will need to learn about 'draw calls' and how they affect performance. It's a lot to learn but you'll get it. Model stuff you really WANT to model, effort will come naturally. When you need a break, take one and do not force yourself, or you will not do your best work. Good luck!
Also, what 99.Miles does here is masterful, don't expect it'll look this good this month or next month, maybe not even next year. It takes years to get really really good at it.
If you need accuracy, get a 3D scan (photogrammetry) or buy one, just like I did when I needed to put the 11-foot-8 bridge into BeamNG Drive's LOS INJURUS city. I was able to make a real clean model by using it only as a guide, and using none of the original model (even though I could, the 3D scan nature of things means it has a TON of draw calls, like 1000x what it'd have if I made it from scratch, plus the model is 'messy' as far as construction goes - making it yourself is much cleaner and smaller in VRAM and on disk / download size). Again, good luck!
@ilhanselmanovic007 Yes you can use it commercially, credits would be appreciated.
I like how you made this. Can I use it for commercial purposes? I'm making my own game, can I use this? I'd like to put your name on it so it's known that you made this. Thanks
I like it
@Mr_AndiCat You are insanely talented! Thank you for sharing your work with us, I really appreciate it! Earned a sub from me!
Hi my friend I used some of your artwork for my recent animations, I've been working for a while on it, I gave you credits in the description as stated in the license.

Thanks for your amazing work. God bless.
I'm having a problem by adding textures. Thus, I don't see any colors. I've tried to add external textures but could not make it. Anyone fixed this problem?
you are so so amazing!!!

Where is the .obj file? It says in the info .obj is available but I can't see it.
@nwar553 Absolutely
is it low polygon? thank you
This is incredible! I've been trying to find ways to do real-world areas convincingly, could you provide any tips? what blender addons did you use if any? What's your rough workflow?
Niceee
Thank you so much!
I love it
Guys Texture problem is same name multiple times. You just need to change the name like diffuse1,..2,..3 that's it. BTW, Thanks for sharing !
@99.Miles Tell me how to contact you I want to order a 3d model map from the computer game pubg maps of Erangel
Tell me how much it will cost and will you take it ?
@bob.blunderton Naming convention could definitely be better, sadly I've learnt it the hard way as the building textures got corrupted somehow but I cant retrieve them anymore!
But now I know how to deal with it haha. Thank you for your feedback, much appreciated
