More model informationMade this orange study using blender and photoshop. It is based on a painting by the painter Süleyman seyyid, who was an ottoman painter from later ottoman period. The texture painting is done mostly using projection mapping.

MAGNIFICENT
@bartv Thanks Bart!
Cool! Staff picked.
Very, very nice. The first "painting" I've seen that one can rotate the contents of. A potentially new and innovative art form.
That is a very nice expression.
I would like to see many more.
Cool! Love the approach! :)
@shahriyarshahrabi Yeah, autospinning and the preview generator use the center of the bounding box for rotations..
@bartv Thanks for the suggestion Bart! I didnt know I could set the pivot. I double clicked on the center of the orange and saved view, now when it loads, the center is the first pivot unless the view clicks elsewhere. However in the thumbnail view my models library, when I hover over the model and move my mouse, the rotation is still around the bounding box center of the entire mesh and not the camera pivot I set, is this intended behaviour? Or have I still not succesfully saved the pivot
I suggest that you adjust the camera pivot so that it is easier to navigate your scene.
