More model informationA scuffed, scraped, dented, and battered “weapon of the future” consisting of helmet-mounted pulse lasers. Based on the BlackHawk pilots’ helmets that had armament targeting. The assignment required the poly count to be between 4 and 6 thousand faces, My higher poly original, though it looked nicer, was 22 thousand faces. I had to seriously reduce it to match the project specifications.
Modeled in Maya, textured in Substance Painter, and textures edited in Photoshop.
