This is the Abri Faco, formerly a nuclear fallout shelter (!) in the catacombs. It could host up to 100 people. It had 4 restrooms. In case of a power failure, an emergency generator could be powered by pedal bicycles.

@astro.ferrand merci ! C’est corrigé effectivement. D’ailleurs je crois qu’il s’agit surtout d’un abri anti-aerien WWII, pas forcément d’un abri anti-atomique
