Use screw and pin to assemble. You can 3Dprint as size ref and buy some at hardware store.

man, how do you bake all the objects from the original to one mesh (the cyan model from the left), is this with dynamesh or do you have any other tools for this?, thanks in advance.
If you want to make it perfect you could upload the files for 3d print separately so people can orient them however they want.

By the way, if you want you can include the 3D printable file separately too. When you upload, create a .zip file that contains the 3D model for viewing in the root, and add the printable file in a subfolder. We will ignore it when displaying the model, but people can still download and use it :)
