Really like the model man, simple but beautiful. Wonder what Japanese would say seeing as you decorated the saya with Chinese dragon :D

Wanted to decorate another saya from different model with a dragon but then i thought "god damn those that fit are all Chinese, ain't doing that". Oh and do you have a higher res textures for it? 4k would be nice.

As for the texture, I used some pictures of Google for real swords and modified on them

Looks great! After downloading the model I've found a few interior faces that can be deleted if you want to drop your polygon count even further for in-game. Lovely work!
