Das Relief mit der Darstellung der protestantischen Gesetz und Gnade-Thematik schuf der Würzburger Bildhauer Peter Dell d. Ä., der von 1528 bis ca. 1533/34 am Hof Herzog Heinrichs des Frommen von Sachsen arbeitete.

This relief with a portrayal of the Protestant Law and Grace theme, was created by the Würzburg sculptor Peter Dell the Elder, who worked at the court of Duke Henry the Pious of Saxony from 1528 to about 1533/34.
