Note that the pose is designed to have an extended and flexed leg, arm, and foot. There is a supinated (palm up) and pronated (palm down) forearm. The torso is in contra-posto (weight on one leg) with a small twist.

Hi Scott: fantastic model, thanks for sharing, very useful for artists approaching anatomy. Question: do the colours have anything to do with functionality, or are they intended to maximize contrast between all pairs of neighbouring muscle groups?
Hey Scott, this model looks fantastic. I'm a student specializing in rigging and I would like to practise skinning muscles to learn more about anatomy. Is there any way I could download this model? It's only for educational purpose.
Hey there @scottbreton! This is such a fantastic resource, the pose really helps understand how the muscles are working together
Is there any possibility to purchase this model? I was hoping of using it as part of our training, I would make sure to cite yourself ofcourse
@sokolray Thank you very much! You are welcome.
