Dear Sir,
I am a doctor and want to buy your model to be used in educational videos for medical students. It is an excellent model, but there is a small detail to be corrected befor I will buy it. The atria and the ventricles are contracting at the same time. They contract in sequence. At present right atrium is contracting on a closed tricuspid valve, which is completely non-physiologic.
Also the pulmonary valve is hanging in the air. It needs to be attached to the root of pulmonary artery.
Please let me know when these corrections have been made, so that I can buy your model. It is a great model and will go a long way in developement of educational videos on cardiac physiology.

@desinnovation I am pretty sure it is the same username which disputed the payment. I have repeatedly replied to all the emails but I never got any reply for any of the emails I sent. I even sent the fixed model through email. I usually reply to all the emails I get as soon as possible, I find it weird that you were not getting any mails even though I replied every single email to you.
