This was an untreated scan, so we scanned the camera as-is with no prep. The camera is black and quite glossy which did affect the texture quality, but the geometry came out excellent!

It's supposed to be 133 x 93 x 84 mm ( B x H x T) according to the Panasonic website.
After rotating your model 45 degree around the Z axis to align it properly, it's 141.68 x 94.43 x 75.62
There's no way to scale this uniformly at get even remotely the dimensions it should have.
What is the base unit of the OBJ file? mm, inch, ...?
