thanks james!, no its not rogue, its very subtle, its the swing, for some reason it plays to slow, when i put the speed on 0.1, and when i put it a little faster it goes whaaay to fast, +there are more animations, but for some reason they dont work :(

@James Got it partially fixed now, (just rescaled the animation time in max) the only thing missing is the treetop moving in the wind :/

Looks like you've got a rogue animation in there. If you delete it in 3D Settings you can get rid of the timeline.
