More model informationThis is a decimated 3-D scan of the Thirioux dodo skeleton on display at the Durban Natural Science Museum in South Africa. The skeleton has been digitally remounted in an anatomically correct pose. The stance has been lowered and the angle between the pelvis and the ribcage skeleton made less acute, amongst others. This specimen is the subject of a newly published anatomical atlas of the dodo (Raphus cucullatus), the first major revision of dodo anatomy since 1866. Scanned by Aves 3D.

@haliaeetus123 I am working on modeling a Dodo bird and would be very interested in acquiring an stl. Is there any possibility of purchasing this scan? Thank you for your time.
How do I purchase or download this model? I'd like to use it for a presentation on avian anatomy.

The atlas vertebra seems to be smashed into the skull.
Could you share the file?
