unpradeep: This scan was done with the intention of it being a Matterport Showcase -- i.e. just a Virtual Tour. I think that to be able to make a successful model that works well with Sketchfab, you would want a VERY sparsely furnished space and to also take twice as many scans. That would have better results. I'll upload a vacant home to see what it looks like.
The details on the chairs/doors/windows all seem to be off. IN comparison to the walkthroughs I have seen on the Matterport site.
I am having similar issues with the OBJ files from a matterport camera, any idea how to get a 3D object that looks better than the simple scan like this one?? :)

Stunning. Did you know you can set up different viewpoints with annotations? That might help the navigation:
