@helgasta Hey, I took a look at your sword model. It looks like some of your UV's (especially along the handle and blade) are stretched. Also, a lot of the polygon surface are showing -- be sure to smooth everything and set up smoothing groups before baking normals.
@MatthijsDeRijk yeah it's not 100% historically accurate :) I used numerous reference images but ultimately came up with a design that resembled a viking sword. Should be suitable for game purpose though
@Tauko in popular media maybe yes. But irl some Vikings were very rich and very able swordmakers. Although this model isn't based any historical reference as far as I know. Vikings had very well crafted, decorated and expensive swords. Both for ceremony and battle....

bro i made a sword but it is not ok like other sowrds ((seems have textur problem ))
i made my texture with substance painter and at rendering was awesome but in 3d mode it was like trash
