More model informationA ruined set of stairs on the Thames foreshore, northbank, west of London Bridge at the south end of Swan Lane. It is believed that Samuel Pepys once used these stairs and later, after the stairs fell into disrepair they became a pier.
Recently there were plans to reopen the pier at this location.

That's great! I've said it all
@mford610 they're all timber. It is impressive that the wooden bits seem to last the longest. All the stone and brick bits seem to get broken up and washed away.
Are the pilings made of wood? Stone? Iron? If they have lasted this long, must be pretty durable.
