The scan was performed for the purpose of reconstruction of the object (the brewery is an architectural monument of the 17th century). The object is in a state of disrepair, includes a large number of basements (including partially flooded), the premises are partially destroyed, there are no lighting sources, which does not allow measuring the object “manually”. In addition, to measure a large area of an object, taking into account the emergency condition, a large amount of labor, time, and material resources is required. Performing the work with the FARO scanner made it possible to access and make measurements on the most difficult-to-reach areas with the least labor and time costs. The total scanning area (about 25,000 m2) includes: - the territory adjacent to the premises with an area of about 5,000 m2; - premises of the Brewery with a total area of about 20,000 m2.
