More model informationDouble arch bridge from the 18th century in Straß im Straßertal. The so-called Kaisersteg or Marienbrücke connects the banks of the Gscheinzbach (river). The statue of Virgin Mary is located on the central pillar. Opposite it is a lantern pyramid.
The origin of the bridge is explained by the following story. The Kaiser family lived on the right side of the stream. To remedy this, he had the bridge built, which is henceforth known as the Kaisersteg.
