The reverse side is richly ornamented in the “Indian” style. Material: high quality golden bronze. Chronology: Early Iron Age, 4th century BC. Early Sarmatian culture. Probably, the unique gong mirror is part of the award for the service of the Sarmatian cavalry to the kings of Persia (the Achaemenid dynasty) during their conquest of the eastern territories (Indian direction).
