This fossilized skull belongs to the Iguanodon, a genus of dinosaur that lived around early Cretaceous. The name means ‘iguana tooth’, and was the first recognised dinosaur, second dinosaur type to be formally named, and one of the original three used to define the Dinosauria classification.
