More model informationA set of narrow, elongated hills covered by large granite boulders appear as inselbergs, separated from each other by corridors of granite weathering which are adapted to the lines of structural weakness. These nubbins are usually crowned by a balanced stone resting on a plinth. The development of basins, flutings, caves and tafoni is frequent on the granite surfaces, as is the existence of pedestal rocks and split blocks.
