@b_nealie Thanks. That worked! So, I went back to the other downloads you graciously provided, and imported them into Blender as an fbx and then exported them as an fbx and it retained the uv coordinates inside of Cinema4D. So, I'm not sure why C4D had issues with the original fbx format files and losing the uv coordinates, but Blender handles it correctly. So now I have a workaround and if you get any inquiries from others, let them know about this workaround. Again, thanks for your quick response and for your wonderful scanned models. I appreciate it.

@tbenesch Hi sorry to hear that, I would be interested to know whats causing that as well, maybe its an issue with 3DF Zephyr or with uploading to Sketchfab, or maybe I'm not selecting the right settings. I only have Blender to open 3D models with and it seems to texture ok in that program
Hello. Just wondering if anyone else is having any issues with getting the textures to fit the uv map on the tree? I've tried several models and the uv coordinates don't seem to work with the tree texture. I'm using C4D and Octane render. Thanks.
