I checked and it doesn't look like I can do anything about it - the ability to flag a product for copyright infringement in the second life marketplace is disabled. There is a link to an article that says that I must send documents proving my copyright on the model by mail or fax. Support responded the same. This is too hard to do since I am not a US resident.
So I can't do anything, but thanks a lot for letting me know!
