Can I get the details of the creator/org to mention in the credits section. How should I give credits? I read the CC Attribution page but it had no details about what to mention in the credits.

@TyroneDeGuzman this model is available for personal use, if you are not going to sell footage with my model, then everything is in order. FBX is the most common and convenient format.
