This 3D model shows a reconstruction of an Egyptian coffin dating to the 22nd – 25th Dynasty. The top part of the coffin lid is a Structure from Motion 3D model from an existing Egyptian coffin lid, which belongs to the Archaeological Institut of the University of Cologne and is part of the collection of Max Freiherr von Oppenheim. The rest of the coffin with the visible wire frame overlay is a reconstruction, which is based on the existing coffin lid and comparable coffins from the 22st–25th Dynasty.
