Important Background Information:

The motivation for this project is to replace this previous one, which was a complete failure, a waste of money:

The designer, Mahmoud S., has refused to provide any support such as rendering. Additionally, his partner, Ahmed Mostafa uploaded the model to the Sketchfab site

but has similarly refused to share his secret recipe on how to upload that file to my Sketchfab account.

Therefore, I have no resource but count my losses and try again.
