I don't know if I'm allowed to post a link here but I just try.

Workflow:
1. Take photos of an object;
2. Get a point cloud from these images;
3. Get the high poly from these points;
4. Fill holes using Geomagic Studio;
5. Retach the high poly in ZBrush;
6. Import sculpted mesh in Photoscan for optimisation/decimation. It's done automatic, but if you're patient go for retopoly using ZBrush or 3ds Max. In this case I used Photoscan for those sculpted poses and other parts were modeled using quads low poly in 3ds max from scratch. It's better to work with quads, not tris as mostly seen on this asset;
7. Unwrap the asset in 3ds Max or Headus UV Layout (I thought that it's better and easier to use than max, but I'll keep on working on this part using 3ds Max);
8. Map the texture on the low poly in Photoscan and finish these textures in Photoshop;
9. Render the asset in ZBrush, Sketchfab, Marmoset Toolbag 2, UE 4, etc and then in the end go for a nice composition if it's possible;
10. And other steps to be followed if it's the case.
Very nice. What's your workflow like for decimation / retopology?
